Hi friends. Okay, I missed yesterday. But I’ll do better now, especially because now I’ve got two coffees.

This is how I made a double batch, two cup volume aeropress. It’s nice for two, or nice if you’re isolating solo and just need two cups of coffee. The trick is that I use double the ground coffee (30-32 grams, approximated by my grinder’s chamber) and then I double (ish) the coffee yield afterwards (200-225ml becomes 450ml).
